Ms. KRIS LUI is a passionate, seasoned and business-oriented Human Resources (HR) professional with over two decades of rich international experience in delivering business results via building sustainable organization capability and leading transformation in various industries, geographies, cultures, natures of companies and matrix organizations.

Kris is now the Asia Pacific Human Resources Vice President who aims at transforming the Company to sustain its global market leadership in its technology industry and continue to attract and retain A-players. Building on a rewarding career in Procter & Gamble Company Ltd. which is the most admired Fortune Top 30 multinational Fast Moving Consumer Goods company and was awarded No.1 “Fortune’s Most Admired For HR Globally” by The Hay Group and Human Resource Executive professional magazine, Kris became the Global HR Head of C&A Sourcing which is an European privately-owned retail fashion market leader. Prior to joining Vertiv, she was North Asia Food and Shared Services HR Director of the Dairy Farm Group which is a Pan-Asia retail pioneer and is a member of Jardine Matheson Group.

Being a strategic, engaging and global HR leader, Kris has been relocated around the world to lead Global, Asia and Greater China businesses in developed and developing countries from commercial, retail service to supply chain functions. She is known as being strategic partner, change agent, foundation builder and employee champion to meet various business needs via creating new capabilities, reversing declining trends, stabilizing realignment and accelerating success. Her track record of HR leadership has been earned across multiple industries (FMCG, Retail, Fashion, Property development, Technology, etc.), geographies (Asia Pacific, US, Europe, etc.), functions (marketing, sales, finance, supply chain, IT, etc.), retail & services (Beauty Care, Supermarket, Convenient Store, Property management, etc.), mergers & acquisitions (RongCheng, Clairol, Wella, Gillette, Hub Creation, etc.), corporate headquarters and production plants.

She is also recognized for her commitment to nurture leaders and foster the advancement of HR inside companies and in the external market via such professional community work as award judging, training, mentoring and serving as a conference chairperson, facilitator and speaker. She graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in Business Administration with concentration on Human Resources Management which is her passion.
