Royston is the Head of Health & Benefits, Hong Kong and North Asia (excluding China). Based in Hong Kong, he primarily focuses on Hong Kong’s Health & Benefits business and is also responsible for the Japan, Korea and Taiwan markets, in which he set the strategic direction, overall business strategy and talent management to drive growth in these markets. He also facilitates the development of client value propositions as well as build and strengthen client relationships by implementing Willis Towers Watson’s Health & Benefits Target Operating Model. With over 18 years of experience in the employee benefits space, Royston is specialised in advising multinational clients in the design, delivery and risk management of their benefits programmes in the Asia Pacific region. He also possesses deep expertise in insured benefits covering product development, underwriting & pricing, administration, claims and multinational pooling. Previously, Royston held senior positions in AIA, Mercer and Fullerton Health, roles which included working at the local and regional capacity in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia.
Education and Credentials
Royston graduated from the University of London and is a fellow of the Life Office Management Association (LOMA).
