Wen Wan is the Hong Kong Talent & Rewards leader, specialising in talent management solutions for a variety of clients in Hong Kong. Wen has over 15 years HR experience in consulting and in-house capacity specialising in talent management, compensation and employee engagement.
Her prior experience includes 9 years as a Rewards and Performance Management Consultant in Willis Towers Watson Chicago and Atlanta offices. In Hong Kong, she spent 4 years managing Pan-Asia compensation for Morgan Stanley followed by Goldman Sachs.

■ Rewards and talent consultant. Managed numerous projects across various industries, including salary structure development, job evaluation, performance systems audit, performance differentiation & calibration, competency modeling, workforce planning
■ Pan-Asia compensation specialist in banking industry. Responsible for day-to-day compensation issues such as negotiating offers, managing year-end, handling deferred compensation, developing salary structures and managing commissions plans
■ Human capital metrics expert. Conducted investigative HR metrics for use in workforce planning, job structure development and pay differentiation, among others
■ Employee engagement consultant. Managed and develop intellectual capital for Willis Towers Watson’s specialised conjoint employee survey (Total Reward Optimisation) that correlates HR programme design changes with their impact on employee engagement and turnover, with the goal of optimising HR programme spend
Education and Credentials
Wen graduated Magna cum Laude in Economics (Honors) from Illinois Wesleyan University. Her research on the impact of the European Union on unemployment and inflation is published in the Undergraduate Journal of Economics and earned the Bernard J.
